  • Response within four business hours for regular calls and two business hours for urgent calls.

  • Access to the VisionFM FTP site for file transfer and archived files.

Restrictions

  • This contract is only applicable to telephone and email technical support and does not include on-site services or custom programming.
  • Technical support questions are limited to the installation and normal operation of VisionFM plus any customization performed by Vision Facilities Management Limited.  Support and debugging of customization performed by the client is not included.
  • Technical support does not include software upgrades.

Hours Available: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.  After-hours and weekend calls will be returned the next business day.

Cost: $2,000 annually

From Dealers

Services for VisionFM Enterprise are available from local VisionFM Value Added Resellers, including technical support, training, customization and integration services. Local VisionFM Value Added Resellers can also offer technical support as well as training and customization. For an authorized VisionFM Value Added Reseller near you call 1-888-654-9435. Vision recognizes that some clients prefer technical support directly from the software manufacturer, and will honor these requests individually.
