Restrictions
- This contract is only applicable to telephone and email technical support and does not include on-site services or custom programming.
- Technical support questions are limited to the installation and normal operation of VisionFM plus any customization performed by Vision Facilities Management Limited. Support and debugging of customization performed by the client is not included.
- Technical support does not include software upgrades.
Hours Available: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm EST. After-hours and weekend calls will be returned the next business day.
Cost: $2,000 annually
