The VisionFM Bundle
VisionFM bundles everything you need in a facilities management software including unlimited users, seven application modules, ad-hoc query and reporting, a link to AutoCAD and a powerful Drawing Viewer. VisionFM's bundle also includes all administrative tools including the Database Designer, Forms Designer and a link to Crystal Reports.
Getting Started is Easy
VisionFM was designed to be incredibly easy to use, even for the part time user. The dynamic interface adjusts itself to each user, presenting only the commands you need. For new users, VisionFM introduces Cue Cards that walk you through the many powerful processes in VisionFM. For example: to start a move, click on the Move module and the Cue Card shows you the steps to submit a request, assign work and review current moves.

VisionFM links to AutoCAD LT and AutoCAD Versions 2004 through 2011
VisionFM communicates directly with your AutoCAD drawings through your copy of AutoCAD. Creating space, adding furniture or moving an employee in the CAD drawings automatically updates the database and vice versa. VisionFM also includes an architectural overlay, which adds symbols libraries and architectural drafting functions, converting AutoCAD into facilities design software. For non-CAD users, VisionFM includes the Drawing Viewer which uses the same database linking features, allowing users to highlight in drawings and click on assets to view database information.
Do Business Your Way
At VisionFM it is understood that every facilities manager has their own requirements for entering and presenting information. That is why VisionFM did not stop at seven application modules and over 300 predefined forms, queries and reports. VisionFM also includes the Forms Designer, Report Designer, Database Designer and customizable Tab Bar. Now, customizing a report, designing a new work order and even creating a new module is as easy as filling in dialogue boxes and dragging and dropping.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
VisionFM Server Application - It is recommended that at least 1Gb of RAM be installed on the server if there will be more than five full time users. The computer can be a Pentium III or greater, running Windows 2000, 2003 or 2008.
VisionFM Web Server is a separate (optional) program that can be installed on the same computer as the VisionFM Server or another computer within the same local network. It requires Windows 2000/03/08 as the operating system and Microsoft IIS 5 or greater. A Pentium III or greater server with 2Gb of RAM and 100Mb of hard drive space is required.
VisionFM Event Notification Server is a separate (optional) program that can only be installed on the same computer that the VisionFM Server was installed on. It requires Windows 2000/03/08 as the operating system and Microsoft IIS 5 or greater
VisionFM Client will need a minimum of 512Mb of RAM, 40Mb of hard drive space and should run on a Pentium III or better. The Client can be run on Windows NT, XP and Vista. The Client can communicate with the Server over a local or wide area network, however performance over a wide area network will vary depending on the network structure.
