Manage Corrective Maintenance from Request to Resolution
Starting as a work request from a call center operator or a user on the facilities web site, the system records the requestor's information, location, request issue and description of the problem.
The maintenance leader can quickly review all requests and create multiple work orders for internal and external staff. Work orders track authorization, labor, parts, time/date and space or assets involved. This information can be later used to bill departments for work, calculate operating costs, manage timesheets and track performance of the maintenance department in responding to work requests.
