VisionFM includes an easy to use Create Query interface that allows users to create spreadsheets using fields in the VisionFM database. If you would like to expand queries to include line-work, multiple fonts, logos, headers, totals and charts, then those same queries can be used to feed Crystal Reports. Simply design your queries first, then drag-and-drop them into the VisionFM report library. You can then launch Crystal Reports Editor (sold separately) and use the data from the queries to design your report.

Once a report is designed, it can be added to a module. VisionFM users will be able to run a report using the built in Crystal Report Viewer, which will automatically query the database and present current information each time the report is run.

The result is a robust report writer that is easier to set up and work with in VisionFM
