Managing 29 Billion dollars in financial assets with 500 branches and 1,400 ATM’s located in Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia, the Huntington National Bank is ranked in the top 40 U.S. banks.
Huntington’s Facilities Department selected VisionFM for its space management capabilities and its tie into their existing AutoCAD drawings. Focusing on assigning space to BOMA standards, VisionFM is producing accurate space analysis for departmental chargebacks and to aid in the facilities planning process.
The first step in implementing VisionFM was to established space standards and enter Huntington’s organizational hierarchy then catalogue their drawings. The process took about two weeks. Eventually over 1 million square feet will be added to the system.
