The Custodian Management module builds on your room inventory from the VisionFM Space module. Custodian managers can set standards for maintenance tasks, their frequency and allotted time to produce an accurate estimate of the resources required to maintain their buildings. Those estimates can be further broken down into cleaning zones which can be assigned to custodial staff. The estimates can be used to plan work assignments for in-house staff or to develop tenders for contract work.
Timesheets within the module track the employees and contractors assigned to each shift as well as their assigned maintenance zones. Daily absences and planned holidays can be recorded and areas quickly reassigned to others. The system maintains a history of custodian, shift and room assignment for future analysis and performance reviews.
Inspection reports can be completed by room and associated back to the custodian, aiding the manager in evaluating the performance of staff and contractors. Reports combine the inspection results with task priorities and on-demand work assignments to help identify areas that require addition attention and to adjust assigned task times leading to more accurate estimates.
